I just came across this. It is perhaps the first site I have ever seen that is both a pleasure to look at and also is functionally effective. Usually the two features are mutually exclusive. It even manages to use Flash without annoying me. So, I thought a thank you from an end user was justified. I have no doubt that your customer is delighted with your work and has already thanked you!
